As a continuation of the Business of Design Lecture Series, McKenna Prohov, principal attorney and founder of law X design expanded upon her popular 2019 lecture. Prohov spoke about the importance of contracts, agreements and proposals specific to the design industry. Through this lecture, attendees were informed of the risks and rewards of specific contracts by learning about topics such as employment agreements, leasing agreements, and trademark protection or payment collection.
