The Design Center at theMART is the world’s largest resource for custom home furnishings and interior design with 125 showrooms featuring the top product lines available to interior design professionals.
Visiting the Design Center
Located in downtown Chicago, the Design Center luxury residential furnishing showrooms can be found on floors 6 and 14, and outdoor and casual furnishing showrooms are on floors 15 and 16.

PARKING
More than 5,000 parking spaces are located within a four-block radius of theMART, including the MartParcWells garage, located at the corner of Kinzie and Wells Streets, and MartParc Orleans, located at the corner of Orleans and Hubbard Streets. theMART Center Retail
theMART Center Retail is a collection of eating establishments, service amenities and specialty shops located on the first and second floors. These time-saving businesses include a beauty salon, a food court with more than 20 eating establishments, a full-service health club, FedEx Office, Fifth Third Bank, a U.S. Post Office location and a Verizon store. General hours are 9 AM to 6 PM weekdays and 10 AM to 3 PM on Saturday.
Information Bar and Concierge
The Information Bar is located in theMART’s first floor South Lobby and is staffed weekdays by a concierge from 9 AM to 5 PM. The concierge can answer questions about accessibility, parking and upcoming events and registration.
Marshall’s Landing
Located atop the Grand Stair on the 2nd floor, Marshall’s Landing is theMART’s center of gravity for gathering, socializing and working. The vibrant space features a world class collection of furniture, a grand bar, and a spectacular private dining room overlooking the Chicago River.
theMART River Park
TheMART River Park is a beautiful green space along the riverfront, offering plentiful al-fresco seating.
