Chicago (March 27, 2018) — The Design Center at the Merchandise Mart, the Midwest’s premiere destination for residential and outdoor home furnishings, is holding its annual Outdoor Furniture Sample Sale from Tuesday, May 1 to Friday, May 4. Designers are invited to an exclusive preview on Tuesday, and the public is welcome Wednesday through Friday to take advantage of deeply discounted collections as outdoor furniture showrooms clear their spaces for 2018 merchandise.
“Just in time for the quickly approaching warmer weather, the Outdoor Furniture Sample Sale is ideal for anyone looking to experience the Design Center’s immaculately curated showrooms that boast the best in outdoor trends,” said Beth Hicks, managing director, marketing for Design Center and Casual Market Chicago. “Closely following the success of our Outdoor Design Conference, we are looking forward to the highly anticipated sample sale, where consumers will have the unique opportunity to shop and take home stunning outdoor pieces from their favorite brands.”
Shoppers can expect to find discounts of up to 75 percent on furnishing and accessories including seating, dining sets, barstools, loungers and coffee tables, as well as lighting and rugs to create the ultimate outdoor living space. A moving company will be on-site to assist with deliveries, if needed.
